Adam has saved my digital bacon more times than I can count. From deleting it, to being email-bombed by spammers, to fixing email delivery issues and everything in between, Adam is fast at responding, kind, helpful, direct, easy to understand (doesn't talk above my head, which is VERY easy to do), and makes me feel safe and secure knowing I have him to lean on. I would recommend him to every single business out there, big or small, because you NEED Adam on your side. If you haven't hired him yet, do it now.

We have been working with TUCU for a little over a year and are thrilled with their level of service and knowledge. Their technicians are friendly, professional and take the time to thoroughly explain any issues or questions we may have. Their response time is excellent and they always take the time to understand our needs. We look forward to furthering our working relationship with them in the coming years.

Though technology is not my strong point, the TUCU team never made me feel like my questions were unimportant or uneducated. I felt reassured and confident with the solutions that they provided me. Shannon was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend TUCU to anyone!

Our business is very content with the Managed IT Services, Consulting and Support Provided by Tucu. Having Telecom Customers as clients means the requirements for Data and Cyber Security is very stringent. Tucu has helped us implement software and security and authentication problems processes to exceed their requirements. Our IT and Cloud are safe guarded using state of the art cyber security to a very high level of security which puts our minds at ease as business owners. Thank you Adnam, Zoe, Kieran and Team.

We have had Tucu come and help with IT setups/issues at several of our offices. Every time they have been professional, curteous, punctual and effective. One thing that cannot be undervalued is the way they thoroughly assessed the unique issues we were experiencing at each of our locations and then heard our needs before offering solutions. It is VERY hard finding IT specialists who don't come off as condescending. But here they are! I would absolutely recommend their services.

TUCU has provided exceptional quality service for my firm, DG Volo & Company, for the past four years. We started using TUCU when we were just two people working in the basement of a shared office space. We are now a growing team of five, with much more complex IT management requirements. TUCU has been with us every step of the way. Highly recommend for any small to mid-sized business looking for a partner to help minimize the burden of IT systems management, while you focus on growing your business!
