We use Microsoft Intune, which is part of Microsoft 365. It enrols each device, applies your security policies and lets us remove company data from a device that is lost or no longer in use.
On a personal phone, we manage only the work apps and the company data inside them. Your personal photos, messages and apps stay separate from company management.
If the phone is lost or you leave the company, we remove the company data with a selective wipe. Your personal data stays on the phone.
We remove company data from the device. On a company-owned device, we can reset the whole device. On a personal device, we use a selective wipe, so only company data is removed.
