Information Collected Online And Online Advertising

When accessing our website, TUCU will learn certain information about you during your visit. Internet Advertising Via Google Remarketing

With respect to Advertising Servers, we do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

We use Google Remarketing. This means we have a small piece of code on our website that tracks your IP address, similar to cookies outlined above, for the purpose of showing you our internet advertisements on other websites. If you become a client and purchase services from us, we will require payment. We do not conduct trade online. We do not accept or collect personal financial or credit card information via email. Email Interaction & Collecting Personal Information

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.

Persons who supply us with their contact information or telephone numbers on-line may expect a phone call or email response to their inquiry.

We do not make the e-mail addresses or personal information of those who access our site or become clients available to any third party, except, if applicable, under the following circumstance: under our sole discretion, for purposes of non payment and collections, or under subpoena from law enforcement or other government officials, or for any other suspected illegal activity or matters that may expose TUCU to legal liability.

Email Newsletter & CAN-SPAM Compliance

We utilize an email newsletter list. We send out emails every 4-6 weeks.  Topics include alerts regarding new viruses circulating, new phishing scams, technology tips or company news.

All new clients are added to the newsletter list.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mail sent from our organization will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all e-mail messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further e-mail communication from us.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
