We have only been with TUCU for 2 months, but the transition and initial service has been excellent. They were creative and flexible in finding cost-effective solutions for our non-profit. Though the monthly support package is expensive (by ‘base package’ standards), it includes unlimited service calls. So we don’t ever need to hesitate to contact them as our virtual helpdesk. And they always respond within 24 hours – almost always less.
