“Same day notice every time. Amazing service. Fast turn around time in the long run and I’ve never had a problem that couldn’t be solved. The only issue I have and maybe it’s industry standard is that unless you get Adam directly, the services techs charge time for getting stuck on an issue and learning how to get passed the obstacle without calling the office to get some advice. I accompany the techs and I’ve had experience with about 3 of them now and it’s persistently the same minor issue. It’s not that big of a deal of the provided discount rate but I figured you would like to know for future.”
