How Much Does G Suite Cost?

There are 2 plans to choose from.  Price is per user, per month.

How Much Does Moving My Emails To G Suite Cost?

This is a common project here at TUCU. It is efficient and affordable. Each project price varies, depending on the number of email accounts to be migrated, the number of domains involved, the current mail clients in use etc. When you email for a quote, we'll book a call to discuss your variables. Then you'll populate your project worksheet and get your exact price for approval. Once approved, we take your deposit, secure your project date, and take care of everything for you.

What is moved for me during my switch to G Suite?

We can move everything you need.  Our G Suite migration projects always include moving all your emails, contacts and calendar items. We can also move documents. We will go over your needs during your free consultation.

Can I add other services to my project?

Projects like this are a good opportunity to update all technology, and business owners often ask about full picture options at such times. How long does it take to switch to G Suite?

This depends on several factors such as where your data is stored, how much data is to be moved, if there are archives to also be moved and so on. We will gather all this pertinent information during your free consultation and provide you with an accurate quote and timeline. Most small projects are completed in one day, and large projects may span a few days or a week.

How long will we be offline during our move to G Suite?

You will experience minimal downtime. We work on back end servers for the duration of your project, and then perform your final switch or cut over on a weekend to limit interruption to your team. Once cut over, your email will not send or receive for a few hours during that time while your DNS records are updated worldwide, and then you are all set to get back to work on Monday morning.
